Job Context

One of the reputed company is searching Executive- Admin & HR for its Head Office Located in Banani, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare Job advertisement, CV sorting, printing and calling bellow executive level candidates.

Assist in preparing all relevant documents, setting arrangement and entertainment of Interview Session for all level of candidates.

Assist in preparing short listed candidates’ summary for all level of employees.

Assist in preparing Appointment Letter bellow Manager Level and arrange induction session.

Entry relevant date in i-HRM & Excel database systems.

Overall canteen and food management of the head office including lunch, snacks, event and guest entertainment.

Process requisition (MPR) to procure logistics and equipment and MRIR as per the requirements.

Manage inventory of the stationary items and ensure proper allocation of stationary items.

Drivers and Support Staffs leave entry to Software.

Preparing daily, monthly and annual canteen budget/ forecast for future demand.

Supervise and maintain health and hygiene of the canteen, canteen staffs and head office.

Ensure housekeeping neat and clean in head office.

Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
